Position: Sales Associate

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in English-speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Language Requirement: Japanese speaking
• Certificate Requirements: Completed STCW Certificate

Position: Retail Manager

Requirements:

• Experience as a duty-free shop manager on a cruise ship or as a high-end retail manager on land.
• Ability to assess and develop talent to build a future leadership pipeline.
• Skill in building relationships with all levels of onboard management to influence business decisions.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Language Requirement: Japanese speaking
• Certificate Requirements: Completed STCW Certificate
